Christmas

We did our Christmas with my mom and little sister about a week early due to schedule conflicts. The kids were so excited at what Santa brought them. Eli got a train table and Amelia got a princess kitchen from Santa. Here are some pics from that..

We did Christmas with Charlie's side on Christmas Eve. It was really nice to see all the family and let the kids play. Here is the kids in their Christmas outfits.

All the kids together

Then on Christmas day we went to our friends house and had lunch and a small gift exchange. After visiting we went and did a few Christmas light tours.

Gabriella Harley Welch

 Sorry it took so long...

Gabriella was born via c section Nov 29th at 7:34 am. She weighed 7lbs 3oz and was 21 inches long (My biggest baby yet)
My c section had some complications. The anesthesiologist couldnt get my spinal in so I got stuck about 6 times and had a dose and a half of meds when it was all through. Boy did that hurt and it is still hurting.
Gabby came out healthy and fine. We got to come home on Thur, but I wound back up in the ER Friday night. I had a fever and was in extreme pain. They ran all kinds of test and everything came back normal. They gave me a heavy dose of antibiotic just in case and sent me home with some also. What is aggravating is that the pain was from the spinal and not the c section itself.

Fever left the next day and my back is doing much better. They antibiotics they gave me caused a yeast infection in my incision though. Thank goodness that is about gone. Not a fun thing to have.

We are all doing pretty well (besides the cold I have now). Eli and Amelia love their little sister. They are constantly wanting to hold her and in her face. Then try to help out as much as possible also. Gabby is having a little trouble sleep some night though. Sometimes its every two hours and other nights she will be up from midnight to 5 am. I am one tired mommy, but it is so worth it.
