Hello fellow bloggers. My name is Ivy. I am 23 and a mother of two. Here is a little bit about me!
How would people describe your personality? (If they could only use ONE word.) Are they right? Friendly?
What celebrity/celebrities would create a “Star-Struck” feeling if you saw them in real life? All of them!
Who is your favorite blogger? Why? I would have to say Holly @ Caring for Carliegh. I love how she remembers her daughter in everything she does and how she puts her words together beautifully.
What is your comfort food/drink? Chocolate!
Be brave – tell us something very random and weird about yourself. One thing? Hmmmm... I hate when people chew on Popsicle sticks.
Do you have a strong desire to do something you’ve never done? What is it? I badly want to go skydiving. I am an adrenaline junkie!
Movies: Action, Drama, Romantic Comedy, Documentary, Comedy? What are your favorite genres? I love Romantic Comedies, Comedies, and tear tearjerkers.
Books: Fiction, Non-Fiction, Romance, Biographies, True Stories, Self-Help, Devotional/Study? What are your favorite types of reading material? Romance and personal stories of overcoming obstacles.
Music: Funk, Rock, Country, Jazz, Classical, Film Score, Blues, Classic Rock, Crooner, Alternative, Heavy Metal, Techno? What are your favorite types? Christian is about the only thing that plays on our radio. Every once in a while you may find country playing.
If you inherited a million dollars, what is the first thing you would do with your money? Pay off debt, buy a house that we actually fit in, and help my mom and sister get into a livable house.
Name one weakness of yours (confession is good for the soul). I am very impatient.
If you could live anywhere at all (and take all your loved ones with you), where would you go? Somewhere warm (not hot) and with a beach
Strange Talent? Can you juggle basketballs, put your legs behind your head or perform some other strange feat? I can play the piano with me feet.
What’s something you consider yourself to be good at? (Don’t worry, it’s not bragging, it’s acknowledging a God given gift). Helping other people.
What is one of your favorite things to catch a whiff of? Freshly bathed babies.
When you leave a social gathering, do you wish: You would have talked more or You would have talked less? I am not a social butterfly. I dont really feel either way.
If money wasn’t a factor, what stores would you shop in? Kriklands, I love the home deocore. Ohhh! and Michael's. I could spend all my money in there.
What is your greatest fear or strange phobia? I'm not sure I have a strange phobia
What is your greatest accomplishment? My children.
What are your favorite animals? Dogs
Are you a hopeless romantic? Yes and no. It depends on my mood.
What movie or book character can you most relate to? I will have to think about that one.

Aw, thanks Ivy :)
ReplyDeleteI think it would be cool to go skydiving but I fear my parachute wouldn't deploy or something! Lol
Mmmmm clean babies :)
Hi Ivy (I love your name)! Just popping in from Lynnette's blog party.
ReplyDeleteI got a giggle that your strange "feat" was playing piano with your "feet". :-)
I considered skydiving too but the parachute thing worries me. So I decided that hang gliding was safer! Ha Ha!!
I'm on Metformin currently--since August '10--(not blog party related) and am positive that my high blood sugar has caused my infertility. If only I didn't hate going to the dr. so badly!! I'm working on getting my body sorted out but now I'm 44 and my biological clock has all but stopped ticking. Still praying for a baby though!!
It was nice "meeting" you!
Blessings!
Kris
